Owner support that keeps Oreion moving.
Find the correct path for Oreion warranty questions, Reeper service, parts identification, technical routing and dealer assistance in the United States, Canada and international markets.
Official Oreion support path
Start with the vehicle. Then solve the concern.
Good support begins with accurate information. Before contacting Oreion or a dealer, collect the VIN, model, purchase date, selling dealer, current location, mileage or operating hours, and clear photos or video of the concern.
Warranty coverage is not identical for every vehicle, seller, purchase date or market. The written warranty supplied with the vehicle and any approved program documents control the coverage—not a general statement on a website.

Oreion warranty and support questions
What owners need to know.
Is every Oreion vehicle covered by the same warranty?
No. Coverage can vary by model, purchase date, seller, distributor, country and the written warranty supplied with the vehicle. The applicable written warranty and approved purchase documents control.
What should I include with a warranty or service request?
Include the VIN, exact model, purchase date, selling dealer or distributor, vehicle location, mileage or operating hours, maintenance information, a clear concern description, and useful photos or video.
Who should I contact first?
Begin with the dealer or distributor that sold the vehicle. If that contact is unavailable or additional routing is needed, submit a complete request to Oreion Motors through the contact page.
Can I repair the vehicle before receiving approval?
Do not assume unauthorized diagnosis, labor, parts, towing, shipping or outside repairs will be reimbursed. Wait for written authorization when requesting warranty consideration.
Do modifications or lack of maintenance affect coverage?
They may. Modifications, misuse, competition use, accidents, environmental damage, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and missed maintenance can affect a claim depending on the written warranty and the cause of the concern.
Are Oreion Reeper vehicles street legal everywhere?
No. Registration, title, licensing, required equipment, emissions, insurance and public-road use rules vary by country, state, province and municipality. Owners must confirm current local requirements with the appropriate authorities.
Dealer-managed owner support
Start with your selling Oreion dealer.
Warranty and service requests are handled through the dealer process. Give the dealer your VIN, purchase information, concern details, photos and current vehicle location. Authorized dealers use Oreion’s FileMaker system to submit and manage qualifying requests.
Warranty, Service and Street-Use Notice
This page does not create, expand, replace or guarantee any warranty, service obligation, reimbursement, vehicle certification or street-legal status. Warranty coverage, exclusions, remedies, claim procedures and responsible parties are controlled by the written warranty and purchase documents applicable to the specific vehicle, seller, distributor, purchase date and market.
Owners must obtain prior written authorization before assuming that diagnosis, labor, parts, towing, shipping, storage or outside repairs will be covered or reimbursed. Normal wear, consumables, maintenance, misuse, competition use, accidents, environmental damage, improper storage, modifications and unauthorized repairs may be excluded or may affect coverage depending on the controlling documents and cause of the concern.
“Street legal” does not mean a vehicle is approved for public-road use in every jurisdiction. Title, registration, licensing, required equipment, emissions, insurance and permissible use vary by country, state, province and municipality. The owner is responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate local authorities before purchase, registration or operation.
