Marine & Boat Components
Build the components behind the craft.
Contract manufacturing for boatbuilders, marine brands and product developers. Bring Oreion a boat component, a body system or a tooling requirement. We can connect design, prototypes, composite and polymer components, molds and production planning around your vessel or watercraft program, from a single development part to a coordinated manufacturing package.
From one-off designs and prototypes to small production runs and mass production.

Worldwide project inquiriesManufacturing operations in the USA and Mexico, plus two facilities in China. Our Mexico factory is fully operational. Tell us where your project will be delivered and used so we can review the requirements with you.
One component or a coordinated program
Choose the scope your project needs.
Hulls, decks & body systems
Discuss hulls, decks, cabins and superstructure components for boats, yachts and commercial craft. Component geometry, material selection, interfaces and the production approach are developed around the requirements of the specific vessel.
Helm, interior & storage components
Consoles, dashboards, interior liners, trim, seat bases and storage compartments can be considered as individual parts or coordinated packages. We review attachment points, access, surface appearance and assembly requirements with your team.
Bulkheads & reinforcement
Bulkheads, stringers, transoms and reinforcement components are evaluated against the vessel design and intended duty. Structural requirements, bonding details, inspection criteria and any required validation must be established within the agreed engineering scope.
Hatches, covers & watercraft parts
Explore hatches, doors, engine covers, swim platforms and protective enclosures, alongside personal-watercraft hulls, decks and seat bases. Development can address fit, opening clearances, service access and interfaces with the surrounding assembly.
Plugs, molds & assembly tooling
Master patterns, hull and deck plugs, multipart molds, bonding fixtures and handling cradles support the manufacturing process. Tooling strategy is matched to the approved geometry, material system, release approach and anticipated production volume.
Prototypes through production
Start with a prototype or defined component package, then plan repeat production after review. Discuss trimming, drilling, bonding, finishing and subassembly requirements so the manufacturing scope reflects how the parts will be installed.
From inquiry to an agreed scope
A clear path for your project.
Define
Share the craft type, component function, drawings, interfaces and intended operating conditions. Establish the responsibilities and acceptance requirements.
Develop
Review material options, manufacturability, prototype needs and the mold or fixture strategy before committing to production tooling.
Validate
Assess prototype fit, finish and assembly. Agree any testing, design revisions and approvals needed for the intended application.
Produce
Confirm the approved configuration, quantity, inspection requirements and delivery scope before moving into the agreed manufacturing program.
Start with what you have
Help us understand your project.
- Craft type and component function
- Drawings, dimensions and mating interfaces
- Preferred materials and finish
- Prototype and production quantities
- Required validation, timing and delivery country
You can inquire before every detail is final. Describe the idea and the information you have; we can discuss what is needed next.
Vessel design authority, structural validation and applicable approval responsibilities are agreed for each project. A component inquiry does not establish certification or approval of the completed craft.
Project questions
Before we begin.
Can you manufacture components for our brand?
Yes. Oreion supports contract manufacturing, OEM and private-label component programs. We can review your drawings or help develop the component and tooling. Part specifications, branding requirements, quantities and assembly responsibilities are agreed with your team.
Can we start with one component?
Yes. The discussion can begin with one hatch, console, panel or prototype. A larger package can be scoped when the interfaces and manufacturing requirements are understood.
Do we need finished drawings to inquire?
No. Start with an idea, sketch, photographs or available drawings. Oreion can discuss the development needed before tooling and production, or review an already defined manufacturing requirement.
Are molds and tooling included?
They can be included in the agreed scope. Tool design, ownership, maintenance responsibilities and production use should be established before the tooling program begins.
