Custom Chassis & Metal Fabrication
Build the structure around your vehicle.
Contract fabrication, OEM and private-label support for customer vehicle brands and product developers. Custom chassis, rolling assemblies and metal fabrication for domestic and international vehicle programs. Bring a concept, existing platform or production drawings to Oreion Motors and discuss the engineering and fabrication support your project needs.
From one-off designs and prototypes to small production runs and mass production.

Worldwide project inquiriesManufacturing operations in the USA and Mexico, plus two facilities in China. Our Mexico factory is fully operational. Tell us where your project will be delivered and used so we can review the requirements with you.
One component or a coordinated program
Choose the scope your project needs.
Custom frames & structures
Develop a frame around the intended vehicle, duty cycle and production method. Architecture, packaging, body interfaces and component locations are considered together so the structure supports the wider engineering and manufacturing plan.
Rolling chassis programs
Coordinate the frame and running-system package as a defined project. Discuss suspension, steering, braking and driveline interfaces, with the supplied components, assembly responsibilities and level of completion clearly established in the program scope.
Suspension & system packaging
Review suspension geometry and the space needed by the vehicle’s mechanical systems. Engineering can address mounting locations and integration with steering, braking, powertrain and body systems around the intended use and performance objectives.
Subframes, brackets & mounts
Create the structural connections between systems. Subframes, crossmembers, brackets, body mounts and powertrain mounting arrangements can be developed as individual components or coordinated with a larger chassis, prototype or vehicle assembly program.
Sheet-metal & body fabrication
Discuss fabricated sheet-metal skins, structural panels and body systems for your vehicle. Material selection, shape, attachment, appearance and service access are reviewed alongside the surrounding chassis, composite or molded-plastic components where relevant.
Prototype & production support
Connect prototype structures, assembly fixtures, component sourcing and production documentation in one project. Define fit, function and refinement work as the approved design moves toward a physical build and repeat manufacturing.
From inquiry to an agreed scope
A clear path for your project.
Define the vehicle
Establish intended use, configuration, dimensions, loads and target quantity, together with the available design information and components.
Resolve the systems
Develop the architecture and interfaces, considering suspension, powertrain, body, occupant space and service access as parts of the same vehicle.
Build the scope
Fabricate and assemble the agreed components or structure, using the approved drawings, material requirements and project-specific manufacturing plan.
Evaluate & refine
Review fit and function, document issues and agree on revisions. Testing and production release follow the program’s defined acceptance requirements.
Start with what you have
Help us understand your project.
- Vehicle concept, intended use and reference drawings or photographs.
- Wheelbase, track width, overall dimensions and packaging constraints.
- Expected loads and the proposed suspension, powertrain and body systems.
- Required components, assembly level and target production quantity.
- Desired schedule, delivery country and destination, and testing or documentation requirements.
You can inquire before every detail is final. Describe the idea and the information you have; we can discuss what is needed next.
Design, materials, fabrication, component selection and validation requirements are established for each program. A chassis or rolling assembly alone does not establish complete-vehicle approval or road-use eligibility.
Project questions
Before we begin.
Can you build chassis or fabricated parts under our brand?
Yes. Oreion can support customer-branded chassis, components and vehicle programs through contract manufacturing, OEM and private-label arrangements. Start with your approved drawings or engage engineering support; the component scope, interfaces, assembly level, quantities and acceptance requirements are agreed before production.
Can Oreion fabricate just one component?
Yes. A project may cover a bracket, crossmember, subframe, body panel or other defined component. Customers can engage one development or manufacturing stage without commissioning a complete vehicle.
Can you help develop a new vehicle platform?
A program can connect vehicle architecture, CAD, chassis design, body systems and integration with prototypes and manufacturing planning. We begin by reviewing the intended use, design readiness and required scope.
Can you work from our drawings or existing platform?
Yes. You can also start with an idea or reference photographs before complete drawings exist. We identify the design information, interfaces and requirements needed to define engineering or fabrication responsibilities.
Bring your project to Oreion
