Return Policy

Please review this Return Policy before ordering parts, accessories, replacement components, or service items.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by Oreion Motors before being shipped back. Customers must contact Oreion Motors to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.


To request a return, please provide:

Order number

Customer name

Part number or description

Reason for return

Photos, if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Eligible parts may be returned within 7 days of delivery.


Returned parts must be:

New and unused

Uninstalled

In original packaging

Complete with all hardware, instructions, labels, and accessories

In re-sellable condition


Oreion Motors reserves the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, modified, installed, missing parts, or not in original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless Oreion Motors shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective:


Electrical parts,

Controllers, ECUs, displays, wiring harnesses, sensors, switches, relays, chargers, batteries, and ignition components

Special-order parts

Custom-ordered parts

Painted, modified, or fabricated parts

Installed or used parts,

Fluids, chemicals, lubricants, and opened service products,

Parts damaged from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, water damage, corrosion, or alteration


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Oreion Motors shipping error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Oreion Motors shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective.

Returned items should be packaged carefully. Oreion Motors is not responsible for parts damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and proper insurance.


Incorrect or Missing Parts

If Oreion Motors shipped the wrong part or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the order and work to correct the issue.


Damaged Shipments

Oreion Motors is not responsible for damage during shipping. If a package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact Oreion Motors immediately. Photos of the box, label, packaging, and damaged part may be required.

Damage claims must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Delayed damage claims may be denied by the shipping carrier. Damaged parts will not automatically be reshipped. A damage claim must be filed with the shipper and if approved, you may choose to re-order the damaged part(s)


Defective Parts

Defective parts may be covered under the applicable manufacturer or Oreion Motors parts warranty. Defective part claims are reviewed separately from standard returns.

Oreion Motors may require inspection, photos, diagnostic information, or return of the part before approving replacement, credit, or warranty consideration.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, Oreion Motors will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.



Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not already been processed, packed, special ordered, or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

Special-order and custom-order parts may not be cancelable once ordered.


No Labor Reimbursement

Oreion Motors is not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, diagnostic time, towing, rental vehicles, lost time, lost profits, or other related expenses connected to part returns, incorrect installation, defective parts, or delayed shipments.
