Project and destination information
Confirm the import process with the responsible office
The government-supported Tuvalu Trade Portal lists the Revenue and Customs Department and its port-office contact information. Use that official contact to confirm the current documents, classification and charges for the proposed equipment. Vehicle-specific questions should be settled directly rather than inferred from a procedure for another type of goods.
Prepare the model description, power source, quantity and condition, together with a breakdown of the shipment contents. If an electric cart is proposed, have the battery and charger information available for both the customs representative and the freight carrier.
Measure the destination before choosing equipment
Record the narrowest access point, turning space, storage area and available unloading equipment. Ask the carrier to assess the packed dimensions and any additional transfer needed to reach the final island or property. Identify who will receive the shipment and inspect it on arrival.
- For passenger movement, estimate the busiest period, trip length and number of people per journey.
- For an electric vehicle, describe charging access and the time available to recharge between operating periods.
- For a utility application, explain the surfaces and tasks and check the candidate model’s published limits.
Plan continuing use from the outset
Identify a maintenance contact, protected parking and a way to obtain service parts. Ask the relevant local authority about any road or site operating permission. Send Oreion these details with your preferred model or engineering requirement so the feasibility of the project can be reviewed before an order is placed.

Discuss your Tuvalu project.
Include the destination, intended use, model or component, quantity and questions you need answered. An existing owner should include the model year and VIN when requesting parts or support.
This country guide does not confirm local inventory, a local dealer, vehicle approval or delivery availability. Any proposed sale, shipment or manufacturing program requires Oreion review of the destination, documentation and applicable requirements. Confirm the exact configuration and intended use before making a purchase or transport commitment.
Vehicle configuration, supply, shipping and project scope are confirmed individually. Public-road registration and use depend on local requirements.
