Project and destination information

Separate each duty within a mixed fleet.

If a property combines passenger transport with maintenance and equipment movements, prepare a separate duty cycle for each job. Record route gradients, surface conditions, payload needs and daily operating hours. For a lodge or resort, describe guest access and parking constraints; for an agricultural or industrial site, detail service intervals and workshop access. An electric fleet brief should include charging capacity, overnight parking and arrangements for interruptions to site power. Keep proposed public-road travel distinct from internal operations so the applicable requirements can be checked for each use.

Engineering and production under a defined brief.

Our capabilities include design, engineering, prototype development, tooling and moulds, composites, polymers and manufactured components. We can also evaluate complete-vehicle manufacturing programmes. Send drawings, material requirements, interfaces and target quantities for an OEM enquiry. If a component must fit an existing assembly, identify the reference dimensions and acceptance checks. Agree the prototype stages, finish standards and documentation needs before setting a production scope, particularly where several suppliers will contribute to the final product.

A route for importers, dealers, fleets and OEMs.

An importer should identify the purchaser, destination and proposed configuration. A potential dealer should outline its territory, workshop and parts operation. Fleet operators should submit utilisation and maintenance plans, while OEM customers should define development milestones and production volumes. Compare published model information and confirm the included equipment and Beach Buggy supply scope. Have the relevant local specialists review import and intended-use requirements before a purchase or transport commitment.

All proposals require technical, commercial and regulatory review. This page does not confirm South African stock, a local dealer, vehicle approval or delivery availability.

Vehicle configuration, supply, shipping and project scope are confirmed individually. Public-road registration and use depend on local requirements.
